Office Hours
Our operating hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
Payment Terms
To initiate the order processing, a 50% deposit is required. The completed products will be made available for collection upon full payment.
Order Cancellation
Please note that orders can only be canceled before the deposit is submitted. Once the deposit is received, the order cannot be canceled.
File Submission Requirements
To ensure the best quality prints, we strongly recommend submitting files in PDF format. Files can be delivered via a flash drive or email, preferably in a zip file.
Cut-off Time for Same Day
For same-day orders, there is a specific cut-off time that we will need to provide upon request. This cut-off time indicates the latest time you can place an order for same-day service. Please contact our office for more information on the same-day order cut-off time.
